All the records are FACTORY SEALED, and we ship the records still sealed,
unless the customer requests us to open a record and ship with the disc outside of the sleeve (to avoid seam splits on the spine of the sleeve), this decision should be done by the customer and is very important especially on "Music Matters" records (more prone to this issue on the spine inside the sleeve). If the customer don't request us to open a record, the record will go sealed and we should not be blamed if the sleeve is damaged during transport.
We ship by Priority Airmail Registered with Tracking. After shipping we send an E-Mail with the Tracking info.
